Fire Sprinkler Inspector & Service Technician

Full-Time · Field-Based · Greater Houston · Commercial & Industrial

 

You’ll join our fire sprinkler division servicing wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems across a broad range of Houston commercial and industrial properties

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for NFPA 25-compliant inspection, testing, and maintenance across all sprinkler system types
  • Responsible for deficiency reporting with applicable NFPA code references for each site
  • Responsible for repairs, component replacements, and system retrofits as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fire sprinkler inspection or service experience required
  • RME-I Texas State License required
  • Experience with commercial or industrial properties preferred

Kitchen Hood Suppression Service Technician

Full-Time · Field-Based · Greater Houston · Restaurants, Hospitality & Healthcare

 

You’ll service and inspect commercial kitchen hood suppression systems across a steady client mix of Houston restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and institutional kitchens. You’ll be the licensed expert on-site — we’ll make sure you have what you need to do the job correctly and efficiently every visit.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for inspection, testing, and servicing of kitchen hood suppression systems per NFPA 96 and AHJ requirements
  • Responsible for cylinder recharging and replacement of fusible links, nozzles, and detection components
  • Responsible for hood clearance, duct integrity, and suppression coverage zone verification

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen hood suppression or fire suppression service experience required
  • FEL-K Texas State License required
  • Experience servicing commercial kitchen environments (restaurants, hospitality, or healthcare) preferred
